I am pretty sure it is also illegal. It is against the rules of vet medicine to put down a perfectly healthy dog! I want to know what vet in town this to make sure I NEVER take my dogs there. I get that it may be sentimental for the family but it is so wrong kill something that is perfectly healthy and has so much life left!

I am a dog lover, in fact I work at an animal shelter. I also have children...that said Milo is a dangerous animal and needs to be put down. There are too many good dogs who's lives are wasting away "behind bars" for dogs like Milo to exist. I'm also certain the 16 yr old that was bitten the 2nd time is the owner's daughter...these people should stick with owning goldfish and not get another dog unless it is stuffed!
