Thanks PDog. It was the worst phone call I have ever received and one I hope never to get again.
The road rash is healing really well and her chin stitches were taken out on 7/3. Our Ortho has ordered PT for her shoulder and elbow.
On Monday we have a neuro consult to determine a recovery timeline for her concussion. I expect it will be another 3 to 4 weeks before being cleared to ride again. Whatever time it takes will drive Chris batty. She wants to ride. It does help that the bike is getting some TLC for its carbon parts - no temptation.
