Doesn't Pass The Sniff Test
I am not a knee jerk defender of my former employer. And I try not to make snap judgements. And it's possible something was going on here. But I am very skeptical that it had anything to do with being gay. Starbucks (at least corporate) is stacked with openly gay partner (employees), including management.

Let me be a little clearer. i can totally see someone at Starbucks being a child like prick towards direct reports they don't like. I could see them making inappropriate comments that might even manifest itself as gay-swipes. I just doubt it is actual homophobia vs. run of the mill dickishness.
I think we both know some of the.. tomfoolery that went (goes?) on. Most of what I saw/heard was actual banging of the reports so to speak.
