Kudos
to Bobs-Bicycles for a well executed Ronde Ohop. The course sucked (this year it *was* a cross race) and they used some great tactics to get 1st and 2nd ahead of our boys who took 3rd and 4th. We might have played it smarter and gotten 3rd, maybe, but they would have won no matter what. Great job.

Thanks for putting on this 'epic' race. I believe this is one of the most unique and uniquely challenging races on the calendar. Plus, it is sweet to get the season kicked off (at least on the WA calendar) in February.
Nice job today.
What a race. I had mud and sand in all my cracks. There is not a luberucant that will protect your crotch from the friction of sand. I thought you said cobble like!! This was truely a mud fest. It was not my legs that hurt. It was my arms and hands. my true struggle was just holding onto the bars. Strangly it was fun. Thanks. The new glasses worked great! Ive never raced cross befor.
ya, that was not the course we are used to runnning. The mud was out of control. I kept thinking of the Paris-Roubaix were Hincapie rolled into the ditch.
As the first to crash out (again!) of the CAT 1/2/Masters race with another dinged up knee and bike I was thinking that maybe I should just stick to corner marshalling next year - but that was way too cold. When's the next mud-Ohop?
