Teh Challenge is ON

PruDog is a pathetic, fat wimp of a man... and that is being generous. He couldn't handle Stoked's All Masochism diet for 1/100 of a nano-second. So Sod off!


Or something like that.. I had Prupuppy 2.0 climbing on me so I couldn't concentrate. So I respond:

Bring It On!

30 days on Stoked's diet.. as long as I get coffee w/ milk and Thanksgiving off. What are the rules oh Stoked of the I AM?

The rules are: (1) no sugar (not in your bread, bagels, donuts, breakfast cereal, yogurt, granola, chocolate, coffee); no high fructose corn syrup goes without saying, but I stretched my rules with some "refined cane solids" or "malted barley" type stuff; (2) no white flour (not in your scalloped potatoes, white/cheese sauce, gravy, cookies, pie). And I didn't get Halloween off so why should you get Thanksgiving off? Hint: all the products for gluten-intolerant folks will help you get through this. Another hint: quinoa. Ah, I see my word verification is "lesses," so I wish you good luck and weight lesses.

P.S. What Old As Dirt didn't tell you is that he didn't take part in this diet adventure and he is now pushing the upper limits of his "winter weight." Back to applesauce (sweetened with maple syrup) for dessert!

Clarification on the sugar rule.. do you mean the sugars line needs to read 0? Where did you find such foods.. they all have some sugar.

Not the sugars in the nutrition info, just in the list of ingredients.
