Masters Up
Well it is official: PruDog has a Masters Team in 2011. Fielding a nice little hit squad for the local crits based on attacking style ninjas with some serious finishing power after everyone has spent the day chasing us.
Plus, looks like we'll be able to promote kids events and do something special in terms of presentation.

A huge win for you, Pru.
If you keep calling it a "hit squad" we will revoke your license.
Etron, you'd better watch your 6

what - no comment about the late-season super-negative racing at PR and Seward that we're starting to see?
does one need to be fat and/or drink beer to be on a dedicated masters team?
Well, I haven't been at PR for a month so can't comment on that. Racing Seward makes me sad but mostly because everyone is faster than me including you Mr. Martin.
oh, i think it just helps to have kids if you want to race masters.
I was in the Masters category long before I had kids - now I'm mediocre at each trying to do well with both. Does that qualify me for the "Hit Squad"?
Andrew,
Ain't no sunshine...
Super-negative? That was the fastest racing we've had all year at seward. Nothing but hard moves and teams chasing that missed out. And you even had Joey Baronkatonk flexing his glistening hams in the finale, so I'm not sure what your beef is. Maybe you're just soured by the fact Prudoggy didn't invite you to join his superheroteam.
Hearts,
E
Etron - Pru did 'vite me. It may have been the fastest of the year, but if you made it off the front at all, you'll find that it's a lot of guys sitting on the "right guy" and who can work and who can't and blah blah. It's not new, it happens every year, but it's just less fun.
Then again, I was the beneficiary of it last week when I got to go a lap up with the good doctor stranglove.
Andrew,
You have a point. The fun does diminish as the overall creeps into the calculus. At least you got to lap the field--which not many can say they have done.
ETRON
WORD. See you Thursday.
