George Bush made me a Democrat

I am fond of telling people who think I am a partisan Dem that I was, in fact, an independent until shortly after 9/11 and I realized the Neo-Cons were evil.

And I am not going to judge Obama yet cause he is, well, not actually President yet and he now has a proven track record of getting stuff done. But Obama ain't the Senate and the Senate Democrats do have a history and it's one of selling our core principles in the name of getting legislation passed. Or, as Greenwald calls it, Strength through Weakness.

So Obama, I support you. But my days as a Dem are now officially over and if the Senate continues panzy ass stuff like this I am going to vote for a split government next time. Bitches.
